Each course encourages the exchange of experiences and ideas among participants, thus adding depth and enrichment to the learning process.

• Creating and improving Drug and Therapeutics Committees (DTCs), in order to help health-care organizations improve their drug selection and use programs.
   
• Improving Health Outcomes through Effective Pharmaceutical Management, in support of HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, and other health programs. This course targets the needs of USAID health officers, foreign nationals working with USAID Missions, and other health professionals.
   
• Managing Drug Supply for Primary Health Care. This course, also available in French, exposes senior decision-makers to modern management techniques of drug supply systems and helps improve their level of performance.
